Clockwork thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at the Professional Electrical Contractors of Connecticut (PEC) to create and launch a new employee recognition program, called SPARK.
Employee Participation
The program encourages nominations by peers. Employees can nominate their coworkers and, if they win, both the winner and the nominee receives a prize.
Branding and Printed Components
We began by designing the SPARK logo set, including the main logo and five others, to correlate with the firm’s five core values:
We then created printed materials, including a flyer, FAQ sheet, certificates, as well as stickers and lapel pins:
